Perhaps there’s a longing to be in the pain cave once more

In truth, my life has been significantly less active over the past 18 months. I’ve taken on new responsibilities in my personal time, studied, grown (not vertically) & hopefully become better for it, but breaking back into regular training has been a consistent, it hasn’t happened - if the last two years has taught me anything, I need people in my life to give me a kick up the arse & get me away from 4 walls

There will be exercises ontop of the runs (48 - significant number) there will be stories & tales to accompany

Hunting for surprises we as a society have left in hedgerows & gutters for Trash Free Trails

Above all, include you in the rapid downward spiral of my ability to count, stay cognisant & not spend the 4 hour windows purely doing miles & reps
