Thanks for visiting the Mayfield Salisbury Youth fundraising page for the Social Bite! Social Bite is a social enterprise operating a chain of cafes across Scotland as well as a restaurant in Edinburgh - Vesta. They provide food, support and employment opportunities to people affected by homelessness.

Last year a few of our Youth Group members took part in Social Bite's 'World's Big Sleep Out' event in Princes Street Gardens. In addition to partaking in the Sleep Out, we also sold baked goods at church to raise money for Social Bite and its partner organisations. Unfortunately this year we are unable to gather together as a group for a Sleep Out or a Bake Sale, but our youth group members and leaders will be setting their own personal challenges instead! We hope to raise awareness about the homelessness that exists in our communities by fundraising for this great organisation.

Charities like Social Bite have been impacted severely by the coronavirus pandemic, and need our help now more than ever so that they can continue providing food and services for the homeless community that they work alongside.
