We are a team of four guys from Leonardo UK Ltd who are permanently embedded at MoD Abbey Wood in Bristol. Every Summer as part of the Leonardo charity 'Steps Challenge", we undertake a number of walks to boost our steps count, to aid our personal fitness and to bolster our mental/emotional wellbeing.

This year, we thought we would take it a step further and are going to walk from our base in Bristol to the Leonardo UK Ltd headquarters at Capability Green, Luton, some 130 miles away. The 'Long Walk' would be done over 5 days, averaging approx 26 miles a day - no mean feat for a team where the youngest is 52...
