Completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks which is a 24 mile hike making it longer in terms of mileage than the National 3 peaks. We are doing this challenge in order to raise awareness towards mental health and raise money for Mind Conwy the mental health charity which aims to support people and prevent anyone suffering in silence.

Having seen what struggling with mental health can do to a family on a personal level this is something we are keen to raise awareness and money for.
