The Active Care Group is supporting Back Up Trust, by participating in their #Nolimits cycle ride on 5th September, to coincide with Spinal Cord Injury Day.

Back Up Trust provide practical training on wheelchair skills and getting around the community, as well as emotional support and mentoring, community forums and activity courses, such as skiing trips.

The challenge is for people to complete a remote/actual cycle ride of 50km or 100km, either individually or collectively as a group relay, all contributing to the same challenge.
