Raising money for Tyneside Mind and Mental Health Matters

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

"In the last year, I have been physically sick due to stress and anxiety, self-harmed, and thought about ending my life. Support from mental health services has helped me get past these low points. I want to help make sure that these services are available when other people need them" ~ Adam

"I'm supporting Tyneside Mind and Mental Health Matters on this walk as I have had to use mental health services myself during tough times. I have battled depression for a very long time, and with counselling, therapy, and medication I am winning" ~ Jamie

For these reasons, we will be walking the 84 miles of the Hadrian's Wall Footpath from Bowness to Wallsend, from 9th to 11th August, to support Mental Health Matters and Tyneside Mind.

Please help us by donating (both charity options show as 'Donate to Adam' because I set the page up, but it's a joint effort!).
