Over the course of this 25th year in business we're raising funds in aid of the brilliant and essential work three charities do across the country with a series of fundraisers, events and more! With the Dons heading into the 25/26 season off the back of a memorable Scottish cup win and with European action at Pittodrie this season these are set to be in high demand!

📖 The Story So Far...

May - Kiltwalk 2025 👟

May saw a team effort as 9 members of staff; Nicole, Gail, Rebecca, Catherine, Mark, Jennifer, Jenny, Greg & Connor all taking on this year's edition of the Kiltwalk! A hike along the majestic royal Deeside countryside in the sun (and some rain showers) for a good cause raising over £1300 in the process!

April - Easter Raffle 🐣

To celebrate Easter our team organised a bumper prize buffet with prizes from some of the brilliant businesses close to our HQ on Thistle Street Aberdeen. A cut and colour from Bloom Aberdeen, vouchers for Parx Cafe, Almondine, The Craighaar Hotel Restaurant & the dolphin chipper as well as two tickets for Little Women at HMT. 5 lucky winners each scooped up a prize and in the process raised a fantastic £235 for our three charities.

March - Masters Sweepstake ⛳

This one was hugely popular in the office with additional spaces opened up to meet the high demand for the andersonbain green jacket! With Rory Mcilroy clinching the title in dramatic fashion and winning one lucky member of staff the sweepstake. This Augusta themed bit of fun raised £475 in the process to further support AberNecessities, Friends of Anchor & Sarcoma UK!

March - Mother's Day Prize Draw 🎀

Another haul of amazing prizes this raffle promised one lucky Mum a day they truly deserve with prizes from concert tickets to a stay at an exclusive Aberdeenshire spa! In total, we raised an incredible £880 in just over a week.

March - Quiz Night 📝🍟

In March we headed to local institution the Ashvale for a quiz night complete with signature Ashvale supper! Thanks to your generosity, we raised an incredible £2,622 for our three chosen charities we couldn’t have done it without everyone heading along to support us on the night.

February - The Annual andersonbain Charity Bake Off 🍰

Fast becoming a tradition on Thistle Street the latest edition of our annual charity bake off was back and bigger than ever! More cakes, more entries, more show-stoppers & more funds raised for our chosen charities. £269 was raised for AberNecessities, Friends of Anchor & Sarcoma UK! with Destiny Cain & Lauren Benzies scooping Star Baker our first social vote respectively.

January - ReGifting Raffle 🎁

Kicking off the year with a bit of a post Christmas prezzie swap! Everyone's gotten something that's not quite for them in a secret Santa. Instead of gathering dust forgotten about we organised a raffle swap buy a ticket and win a mystery prize who doesn't love a bit of intrigue?! A total of £240 was raised to kick things off for 2025!
