Story
"In October 2026, I will be taking on the Walk 100km with Your Dog in October 2026 challenge alongside my dog, Betsy, as part of a cause that means a great deal to me. Together, we will walk 100km in support of Marie Curie, helping to raise funds for people living with a terminal illness and for the families who are facing some of their hardest and most important moments.\n\nThis campaign is about more than reaching a distance target; it is about offering comfort, dignity, and compassionate support when it is needed most. Every donation, no matter the size, can help make a real difference. For example, £3 could help fund a meal for a patient in one of Marie Curie's hospices, £26 could help provide an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat, and £207 could help fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.\n\nI would be so grateful for your support. Please donate whatever you can to help me reach my £150 fundraising target and to support the vital work Marie Curie does for people and families in need. Thank you for helping me turn every step of this walk into something meaningful."
