The name of the challenge says it all! To take part in 'Walk 100km with your dog in October', simply set yourself the goal of walking 100km (or a distance of your choice!) with your dog throughout October. It’s a great way to work towards your fitness goal in your own time and place and, more to the point, your dog will love it!

You’ll be part of a friendly Facebook group with fellow dog lovers, who’ll support you throughout the challenge.
