So, long story short (for the long versions, please read either charity page) I wanted to raise money for 2 different charities whilst completing my 1st Dan Blackbelt training.

I am to do 1000 punches and 1000 kicks at the end of an arduous 4 hour physical assessment on 22 March. I am requesting a sponsorship of 1p per punch and kick. I would like to raise an equal amount for both my chosen charities and would be greatly appreciative of any donation for this.
