As a team of "Brain Runners", we are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 27th March 2022 in aid of Alzheimer's Society. Having personal experience of the disease and understanding the impact it has on both individuals inflicted with disease and also the families has made us want to raise money for such a worthwhile cause.
