11 first year student paramedics from Bournemouth University have challenged themselves to run 55km as a collective a day for 10 days in order to raise money for Dorset and Somerset air ambulance and Hampshire and IOW air ambulance. Both of these charities support both trust placement partners of BU these are South West Ambulances Service Trust and South Central Ambulance Service. Please note we will be completing these runs within the lockdown rules set by the government and we will be running separately to each other. Social distancing will be maintained at all times! We will be using the app Strava to track our runs and will upload daily totals and updates so you know we are all doing it!
