This October, we are taking part in the 100 Miles in October Challenge to help raise awareness and life changing funds for children and young people with Epilepsy.

As many of you may know, my son has been living with epilepsy since he was just 11 months old. After an incredible two-year period without seizures, we faced the heartbreaking reality of their return a year ago. This has led to numerous hospital stays and ambulance trips, profoundly impacting his mental well-being. Thankfully, with the support from Young Epilepsy, he is beginning to come to terms with his condition.

Our family has experienced firsthand the challenges that epilepsy brings, making this cause incredibly close to our hearts. We believe that no child should feel alone in their struggle. Epilepsy can be one of the most frightening and isolating conditions a child can face. Together, we can show them that they are not alone and that we are on their team.
