This time next year, I'll be trekking across the Sahara Desert to raise money for two amazing causes close to my heart: Bipolar UK and Every Life Matters.

On 10th October 2026, I'll be embarking on the toughest walk of my life- a symbolic journey for all the tough walks so many people face silently every day.

It will be hot, it would be difficult, and it will definitely push me to my limits. But, it's also something I'll remember forever, and a way to honour those I've loved and lost far too soon.

I've already opened my donations pages, although I know the trek is a while away. I've chosen to pay the full cost of the trip by myself, so 100% of the donations will go directly to the charities. Donations on this page will be going to Bipolar UK and Every Life Matters, two charities that have helped save my life in recent years. Help me help them save even more.
