Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

I was diagnosed as suffering from prostate cancer three years ago. I underwent twenty eight sessions of radiotherapy & am I'm currently on hormone treatment with six monthly PSA tests followed by oncologist consultations.

I was disappointed by the government's decision not to introduce a screening program for all men over the age of fifty as early diagnosis saves lives.

I’m taking on the walk 56 Miles in February challenge for PCR to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
