✨ Support Chinese New Year 2026 in Worcester ✨
Help Us Raise £6,000 to deliver another spectacular celebration on Sunday 22 February 2026
For over 25 years, Worcester has celebrated Chinese New Year with colourful, cultural festivities, creativity and community spirit. The event has become a highlight of the half-term calendar for families from across the West Midlands filled with workshops, performances, fun activities and a traditional lion dance.

In the spirit of the Year of the Horse - bold, energetic and full of hope for the year ahead - we hope to welcome over 1,600 people to the Museum of Royal Worcester and the Royal Porcelain Works for our biggest, most inclusive celebration yet.
To make this possible, we need your support.

❤️ Why We’re Fundraising
Although the event brings hundreds of people together, delivering an event of this scale costs over £10,000 — covering venue hire, safety and logistics, equipment, performers, decoration and materials. We’re committed to delivering quality and accessibility, but we also need to ensure the event is financially sustainable.
By making a donation today, you will help us to:

✂️ Run arts & crafts activities enjoyed by people of all ages bringing authentic Chinese New Year traditions alive
📍 Hire the necessary event spaces so we can offer workshops and musical performances throughout the day
