Dundee & Angus foodbank operates on donations of IN-DATE food. We have to regularly purchase large amounts of food due to the large numbers of people requesting food parcels, currently approx. 16,000 per year, one third of whom are children.

Story

Kirsten, Jill, Caroline, Debby and Joyce from Coralshore will be taking part in the Kiltwalk Mighty Stride in August walking 20 miles starting in St Andrews finishing at Slessor Gardens. We will be doing this to raise funds to go to the Dundee and Angus Foodbank.

About the charity

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. Your support helps us to support the communities of Dundee & Angus. Thank you.
