Raising money for UK Sepsis Trust

Sepsis accounts for 48,000 deaths annually in the UK, that’s more than breast, bowel and prostate cancer put together. Sepsis is what happens when our immune system overreacts to an infection. Symptoms initially present as flu like but can rapidly deteriorate into a life threatening condition.

Story

After the success of the LEJOG Cycle for Sue and the 100 mile Walk for Sue held in 2023 & 2024 a team of us are now taking on the Ultimate 3 Peaks for Sue.

Over the 7 days of the Whitsun holidays 2025 we will be climbing the National Three Peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, as well as cycling the near 500 miles between the mountains.

This is all in aid of The UK Sepsis Trust, with a view of raising as much money and awareness as we can in memory of my amazing Mum Sue who sadly passed away 2 years ago.

Please support us, share the story and most importantly share the symptoms of sepsis!
