On October 5th 2025, I will be running my 43rd race and 8th Full Marathon. I have decided to fundraise for two small Charities, PSPA in memory of my very dear friend Tina King, and a charity called Dilemma that supports families who have a loved one suffering from addiction.

Both are much needed charities that do great work to make this World a bit better for groups in our society who largely suffer in silence.
