Tony - Running was a big part of Tony's life when he was younger, either on the track or cross-country. These days he is more likely to be out walking or riding a bike, certainly not running. "Havens Hospice helped our family when we needed them and this is our chance to say thank you and give something back, please help us if you can."

Davina - Davina decided that because she couldn't run, she would - she's bloody minded like that! She embarked on her Couch to 5k mission and completed it in July. "This December I will be taking part in the Havens Hospices' Festive 5k run to thank them for the grief counselling I received in 2016. It's my first official 'race' so dig deep for a very worthwhile charity."
