On Friday, 27th June 2025, members of the University of Sheffield's central digital learning team will be taking part in the Big Walk 2025 in support of neurological disease research at the University of Sheffield. Nobody's lives go untouched by these diseases and we are walking together to help make a significant contribution in the fight to beat these debilitating conditions.

By donating to Sheffield’s research, you’ll help to fund vital new treatments that will bring hope to so many people. It is staggering to think that one in six people, and one in four over the age of 80, will develop a significant neurological disorder in their lifetimes. Diseases such as Motor Neuron Disease, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, dementia, and stroke can have devastating effects on lives and communities.

We are aiming to raise £2200 collectively for this important cause. Every contribution counts and brings us one step closer to making a difference. Thank you for considering making a gift to help us reach our fundraising goal!
