I'm taking on St Cuthbert's Hospice Rainbow Ramble to help them raise funds and keep providing their care to those who need it in County Durham.

£20 could help St Cuthbert's Hospice to provide an hour of nursing care.
£40 could allow a nurse to plan individualised care for a guest in their Living Well Centre.
£50 could help their Dementia Specialist Nurse to assess the needs and support someone living with dementia and their family.
