We are taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Dementia and Alzheimer’s UK in loving memory of Nanny Cahill and Grandma Joan. Who were both taken from us and all our family’s way too soon by these awful diseases, and left a huge hole in all of our hearts. Dementia and Alzheimer’s UK is doing amazing work to support people living with alzheimers & dementia and their families, and by fundraising for them, we hope to help make a difference for others going through similar struggles. Grandma Joan & Nanny Cahill may be gone, but their memories inspires us to do what we can to help fight this awful disease and support those and their families affected by it. Love Jess, Luke & Em xxx
