This November, some of the staff at East Manchester Leisure Centre will be taking on HYROX in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

HYROX combines 8km of running with 8 functional workout stations, and is fast-becoming a popular format for functional fitness racing worldwide. We can't wait to take on the challenge!

There are currently over 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
