Story
We’re taking part in the Great North Run this year to raise as much as possible for the Brain Tumour Charity.
This really good cause is close to our hearts as one of our family members, Ewan, has been living with a brain tumour and brain cancer for around a decade. He’s had three operations, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. So it matters hugely to him, and to all of us, to know that work is being done to improve treatments for the future.
As is the case with so many charities, it badly needs financial support, especially after the disruption caused by the Covid pandemic so we are raising funds by doing the Great North Run.
We have a target of £400 each so PLEASE support us with a donation, help us beat our target and we’ll work on training to run the half marathon on September 12th from Newcastle to South Shields.
But that work badly needs more funding, especially after the disruption caused by the Covid pandemic. Please help us hit our target, or maybe do better, and we’ll work on training to run the half marathon on September 12th from Newcastle to South Shields.
Many many thanks for any help you can give.
