Marie Curie Hospice, Belfast provides expert care, guidance and support to people living with a terminal illness and their families.

Story

Our time at Marie Curie Belfast was nothing short of remarkable. The care, compassion, and kindness shown to our son Matthew and to us as his family during such a difficult and painful time will stay with us forever. They cared for him not only medically, but also emotionally, with such gentleness, dignity, and respect. That meant the world to us.

One of the things we will never forget is how they helped Matthew find the strength to make special memories, especially being able to attend his wedding day. That moment was so special for him and for all of us.

What they gave went far beyond simply doing a job. They brought us moments of peace in the middle of heartbreak, and we will always be deeply grateful for the support they gave not just to Matthew, but to all of us as a family.

Marie Curie needs to raise £6,150 every day to keep the hospice running, so every contribution truly makes a difference. We understand times are challenging and are truly thankful for the kindness already shown. Even the smallest gift would be deeply appreciated in helping ensure that people living with a terminal illness in and around Belfast receive the care and support they need.
