Story
To celebrate the gradual lifting of lockdown and show our appreciation to the hard work that the NHS have done throughout this pandemic, on 27th March Army Physical Training Instructors (Jad Orwin, Dan Berry, Leon Caine) and members of Fast Forward Fitcamp Chippenham (Kirsten Fuller, Fiona Boulton, Elizabeth Howarth, Sue Shipway, Leanne Crofts) are getting together online to do a 24hr Zoom WODathon. We will be doing one workout every hour on the hour for 24 hours. All money raised will go to the NHS.
The Fitcamp team have managed to keep up their fitness over Zoom since December 2020. With the latest government announcements, the 24hr marathon on Saturday 27 March should be the last Zoom class before training can commence outside again.
The WODathon will be live streamed on Zoom from 9am for 24 hours. The Zoom link is available to everyone for anyone who wants to join in for a workout at any time.
Please see the 24hr programme showing the time for each work out. Join in any of the work outs, get the family involved and help us raise as much as possible with a donation. Many thanks in advance
