Story
Flatlanders are taking part in Trek26 - a 26 mile walk in the Lake District - to raise money for Alzheimer's Society.
Why Flatlanders? Because we're from Norfolk. Which means we've chosen a trek that's over terrain that our bodies will not necessarily compute and will almost certainly complain about, from about mile 3, I suspect.
Also, as well as not being half human and half mountain goat, neither of us are spring chickens anymore, so basically we're mad to attempt it. But we're going for it anyway, because it's worth it and apparently the Lake District is quite pretty (although it might not look that way by mile 18).
