At Glen Group Ltd, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. As part of our Social Value Steering Group discussions in 2025, we undertook a review of our approach to charitable engagement.

In early 2026, we invited colleagues from across the business to take part in a company-wide vote to select our new charity partner. We are pleased to announce that Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) was chosen.

Sands is the charity speaking up about pregnancy and baby loss, saving babies’ lives and supporting bereaved families. As the UK’s leading pregnancy and baby loss charity, they're creating a community of compassionate and lifesaving changemakers, whose voices inspire change and turn understanding into action. Together, we are saving babies’ lives and improving maternity safety and bereavement care.
