We, Andy, Naomi and Rachel are walking the 870 miles of the Welsh Coast Path.

In their usual style though Andy and Rachel are not just going to amble along and take a year over it - they're doing in three and a half months - 15 weeks! That averages 58 miles a week or 8.3(ish) miles a day.

Naomi, on the other hand, is taking it slower but is going to run some and walk some in as little time as possible.
