For the past 15 years, the Long Island Sound has been one of my favorite places in the world. I've spent countless hours sailing its waters, paddling along the shoreline, enjoying the water’s changing colors, the wildlife, and the sense of connection to nature.

The Sound gives so much to all of us, but it needs our help. That's why I'm participating in Paddle for the Sound and raising money for Save the Sound. Their work helps keep the water cleaner, restores habitats, and ensures that future generations can enjoy the same experiences that have meant so much to me over the years.
