We have just begun our volunteering journey for the Guide Dog association and we have enrolled to be one of their puppy raisers. We will raise and train a GD puppy who will hopefully develop the potential required temperament to go on to guide a person with sight loss/impairment. Our puppy, Prince, came to us at 7 weeks and will stay until he is around 14 months old before he goes on to advanced training, if he is selected.
