We’re the Home Care Hikers, a team of dedicated home care workers from the local authorities, and we’ve set ourselves a huge challenge in aid of Ty Hafan, a wonderful charity that supports children and families facing life-limiting conditions.

In June, we’ll be tackling the famous Three Peaks Challenge in Wales, climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris, and Pen y Fan. We’re excited (and a bit nervous!) to push our limits, all while raising funds for a cause close to our hearts.
