This International Women's day, Refuge has launched the "Step4Change” challenge, where they’ll be asking supporters to step up and support the 1 in 4 women that will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime.
Please sponsor us to walk/run 4 miles a day in week running up to International Women’s Day, to raise money for their life-saving services.
