Story
Team ‘Together Against Glioblastoma’ has been set up in memory of Jim/Jimmy Patten to raise monies for Brain Tumour Research.
Jim Patten died aged just 63 from Glioblastoma, the most common malignant brain tumour despite living a very healthy lifestyle all his life.
Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under 40 in the UK and devastate thousands of families every year. It has some of the poorest outcomes and receives only a fraction of funding needed to find better treatments and a cure.
Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this. It is the only national charity focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. Help fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
Every donation, no matter how small helps fund vital research and supports scientists searching for a breakthrough for this horrible disease.
