Story
I had the shock of my life when I was diagnosesd with Prostate Cancer last year at the age of 53. This was a total shock to me and my family, as I had no symptoms and it was a completely random blood test that potentially saved my life.
Post operation, and with a massive thank you to my specialist nurse, surgeon and all the NHS staff who helped me through 2020 - I am looking to highlight and support Prostate Cancer UK, as their top priority is funding research to stop prostate killing men.
To do this, and just 12 months on from my surgery, I am embarking on a 100 mile cycle ride for two charities. This will be tough for me, so I am delighted to be joined by a few friends to create Team JRM - who will also be going through some pain to help others.
I am also delighted to be supporting a local legend in the form of Jeremy Goss who will be riding with me and for Age UK Norwich - another charity I am committed to helping this year.
If you can support us and help raise awareness of these two great charities, then please click on either of the two links below on this page. Honestly, anything will help.
Finally, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind consideration and any contribution.
