On Sunday 20th September 2026, Julian, Nicola and Clare will be joining Velindre Cancer Charity for their iconic annual running event – Castle 2 Castle!

The 11-mile run starts at the formidable Caerphilly Castle, winding through the scenic Taff Trail, and finishing all the way in Cardiff city centre.

The three runners are taking part in this event with the aim of raising vital funds for Velindre Cancer Service, also known as, The Hospital of Hope - all for the benefit of cancer patients in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.
