On 27th June 2026 I started a year of fundraising for Bolton Hospice. Over the year I'm aiming to do various fundraising activities to raise as much as I can for Bolton Hospice.

The year is all leading up to me joining The Great Wall of China Trek with a group all supporting this great cause.

September marks the 27th Anniversary of Stuart and I adopting Josh and Joel.

To honour Stuart's memory and celebrate the boys' 27th adoption anniversary, something we have done each year as a family, the three of us are raising money for Bolton Hospice by walking and cycling the distance between Ashton-under-Lyne and Little Lever (a distance of about 15 miles) on 19th September, retracing the journey that brought Josh and Joel home to us all those years ago.

What began as a journey that made us a family has become a journey of remembrance, gratitude and hope.
