We are taking on an incredible challenge together – a charity skydive in support of Alcohol Change UK.

As sisters, we wanted to do something meaningful that would not only push us out of our comfort zones but also raise awareness of a cause that is very close to our hearts. Alcohol Change UK works tirelessly to reduce the harm caused by alcohol and to support individuals, families, and communities affected by alcohol-related issues.

This skydive is especially significant for our family because it marks a huge milestone: our mum's 5-year sobriety anniversary.

Five years ago, our family began a journey filled with challenges, determination, and hope. Watching our mum achieve and maintain her sobriety has been inspiring beyond words. Her strength, resilience, and commitment to rebuilding her life have shown us what is possible with support, courage, and perseverance.

By jumping from thousands of feet in the air, we're celebrating her achievement while helping raise awareness of the importance of recovery support and alcohol harm prevention. We want to shine a light on the positive impact that organisations like Alcohol Change UK have on so many lives and encourage conversations about recovery, wellbeing, and support.
