For a local charity supporting the homeless, Emmaus Hull & East Riding. Charley, Gaynor and me are doing a 12 hour knit-a-thon. We hope to be joined by several friends aiming to knit as many squares as possible to make blankets for the outreach team to give out to our most vulnerable in society.

The date is significant being the longest day. It must feel that every day is the longest when the street is your home. A local cafe is kindly hosting us and we endeavour to complete the challenge outdoors in empathy.
