Keith Edwards is going live from NYC Pride to celebrate, uplift, and support the LGBTQIA+ community during one of the most important Pride moments of the year.

This special livestream, in partnership with GLAAD and NYC Pride, will bring viewers into the energy of the New York City Pride March through live parade coverage, special guests, creator messages, community moments, and real-time celebration from the streets of New York.

This year’s NYC Pride theme, “For All of Us,” is a reminder that Pride is both a celebration and a commitment — to visibility, safety, joy, equality, dignity, and showing up for the full LGBTQIA+ community.

Funds raised through this team fundraiser will support two organizations doing critical work:

**NYC Pride / Heritage of Pride**

Heritage of Pride is the nonprofit organization that plans and produces New York City’s official LGBTQIA+ Pride events. Its mission is to work toward a future without discrimination, where all people have equal rights under the law, by producing Pride events that inspire, educate, commemorate, and celebrate the community.

NYC Pride’s roots trace back to the Stonewall Uprising of 1969 and the first NYC Pride March organized one year later by the Christopher Street Liberation Day Committee. Today, NYC Pride continues that legacy by creating spaces for activism, protest, celebration, advocacy, and community.

**GLAAD**

Founded in 1985, GLAAD is the world’s largest LGBTQ media advocacy organization. GLAAD works to ensure fair, accurate, and inclusive representation of LGBTQ people across media, culture, and public conversation. Through advocacy, storytelling, education, accountability, and rapid-response work, GLAAD helps ensure authentic LGBTQ stories are seen, heard, and valued.

Because JustGiving does not allow one fundraising page to split donations between two charities, we’ve created separate fundraising pages for GLAAD and NYC Pride / Heritage of Pride and joined them together here as a team fundraiser.

Donors can choose which organization they’d like to support. Our goal is to raise meaningful support for both charities and keep funds as balanced as possible.
