Raising money for Migrant Rights Centre Ireland

Challenge for Change 2021 · 1 July 2021 to 31 July 2021 ·

Join the Challenge for Change and take on a personal daily challenge this July to raise much-needed funds for MRCI and help empower migrant workers to challenge exploitation, racism and injustice.

Story

Emma, Morgan, Tara and I are taking on the 31-Day Challenge for Change for MRCI to raise funds for an organisation that we know personally makes a huge difference to the lives of people from a migrant background in Ireland.

We'll be doing one of the following each day in July:

- Walk 5km

- Run 5km

- Cycle 15km

- Swim 5 lengths of Kits Pool (it's 137m long).

From the start, MRCI's work has been led by migrant workers affected by the very issues they fight against - exploitation, injustice, and racism.

To continue their work, MRCI needs your support!

Your donation will help MRCI to keep:

1. Supporting people to access their rights through their Drop-In Centre
2. Campaigning with undocumented people to get their papers
3. Combating the exploitation of agri-food workers and so much more!

MRCI work is more important now than ever. Thank you for your support!

**Please note, if you are giving a donation of 250 or more and pay tax in Ireland, you may be able to help MRCI get a tax rebate. Please visit mrci.ie/donate for more info.
