Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 text support service for anyone in the UK who is struggling to cope.

Having both struggled with mental health issues during our teen and adult years. We both felt it's important to raise funds for a service that focuses on supporting people in times of crisis and that means something to us.

After a rough year for us both, we decided to take on our second Kiltwalk in aid of Shout. So we can help others struggling with mental health issues while enjoying the physical and mental benefits we will get from taking on this challenge.

So we woukd be so grateful to our amazing friends and family to help us raise funds for such a wonderful service while we prove to ourselves and the world.. You can't keep a couple of crazy besties down 💪💜
