Let's Beat It joined Relay For Life York when it first started in 2018 as Team MJ….Beat It. We are now Let’s Beat It and that is our goal - To Beat Cancer!

In order to do this we host quiz nights, fashion shows, and an annual Golf Chairty Day in memory of Jane Mantle who was on our Relay Team when we started and was a close family member and friend to a lot of the team. As well as this we also run our Hook a duck stall throughout the summer which is kindly sponsored by ‘Smiths of York Decorators.’

We also have a junior team where all the kids get involved and fundraise too! Then finally on 22/23 June 2024 we will join all the other teams in York and come together for a 24 hour relay to celebrate and end our fundraising for the year!
