On September 4th, I’ll be taking on the National 3 Peak Challenge to raise money for two great charities.

The chosen charities are Horticap and Aurora Children’s Foundation.

Horticap have done the most amazing job with my disabled sister Hannah and have changed her life forever.

Before my sister started working at Horticap she lacked confidence, independence and struggled to socialise in a group setting.

Since working at Horticap she has taken up baking, gardening, sewing and has become a strong independent Woman.

She’s also gained friends for life and has a real sense of purpose now.
