Hi, thanks for visiting my team page (its only little old me!). I haven't done a charity challenge for a while and this seems to the right time because of everything that is happening in the world.

I'd love to fundraise for two charities, both of which are close to my heart - you can choose which one you'd like to give to (based on me completing this gruelling challenge!)

So at the beginning of September I will be swimming during my training sessions, the equivalent to the distance of the English Channel. This is 21 miles/ 33796.2 metres which equals 1352 lengths (in a 25m pool)

I have had a couple of family members and close friends affected by Cancer. The COVID-19 pandemic has particularly affected one of those closest to me in terms of delay of treatment and uncertainty of the diagnosis has been worrying. I'd like to fundraise £250 for the charity to help them continue their wonderful research and support for those affected.

RSPCA, in my eyes have always done a fantastic job. It hurts each time I hear about mistreatment of animals and again through the pandemic I worry about the amount of animals that have needed help. I would like to fundraise £250 for the wonderful work to continue that RSPCA do and enable them to help even more.
