In 9 weeks time (eek!), we will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in memory of Mum's lovely Dad, our Grandpa Brian, who passed away in June 2019 after living with Alzheimer's Disease and Vascular Dementia for many years.

Our Dad/Grandpa was the most kind, special and loving man who was extremely close to all our hearts. Dementia UK are a charity that provides specialist dementia nurses who offer life-changing support and advice to families facing dementia. We'd like to fundraise and give back in his memory to try and support those affected by dementia and advance research into the cause, cure and prevention.

Whilst Maddie and Georgia are seasoned runners(!), mum and I are not so much so taking on this half marathon is a real challenge for us, but one we're proud to do for such an important cause.
