This week, Ian Clarke (Tesco Group Customer Director - Mars) and Mike Shephard (Global Customer Senior Director - Mars) will join 80 grocery colleagues from across the industry. They will embark on an incredible three-day cycling challenge, cycling over 200 miles and 10,000 feet of climbing and pushing their limits both physically and mentally, to raise vital funds for our industry charity, GroceryAid.

The need for Grocery Aid services has never been greater. Over the past year alone, there has been a 76% surge in colleagues seeking support, with over 139,000 instances of help provided in 2024/2025. Your contributions make it possible for us to meet this growing demand and provide vital assistance to those who need it most.

On their journey riders will conquer iconic climbs and long distances. This event is more than a ride—it’s a testament to the strength and unity of our industry, coming together to support one another.
