We (Mily & Emma) are taking part in the Hospital Hero Hike on Saturday 4 October 2025!

The Hospital Hero Hike is a 21 mile walk from Colchester Hospital to Ipswich Hospital.

We have decided to take on this challenge to support one of our local NHS charity - Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity.

The charity helps patients, staff and your friends and family when they need it most.

Your generous donations provide patients and staff at your local hospitals and community sites with the extras that go above and beyond what the NHS can provide, but which can make a vital difference to health and healing.
