In 2023 Montresor Legal are pledging to raise £10,000 for Little Village. A charity with hubs based across London supporting families with babies and children under five living in poverty across London.

Little Village believe in every child’s right to a good childhood, and the desire all parents have to give their children the best possible start in life. Unfortunately, through their work they see how families can quickly become trapped in poverty by the lack of a safety net, now made much worse by the cost of living crisis.

Although the Government has capped energy prices, bills are still too high for many, especially as benefits have not increased with the rate of inflation. Many families are working and 40% of Universal Credit claimants are in work. But wages are often not enough to cover the basics such as housing, bills and food.

We understand the importance giving families a voice and to trying and bring about change to the systems that trap people in poverty.

Donation's of money or essential items help babies and young children in some of the poorest households in London to keep clean, warm and safe.
